Prior to starting The Cullins Institute of Law Enforcement, Kevin Cullins started his career and honed his skills as a banker, and investment analyst for 20 years in Wall Street’s financial district of New York City. Mr. Cullins then relocated to Maryland and started his new career in law enforcement as a Correction’s Officer for five years, at which point he took a deeper dive into law enforcement and became a Maryland Police Officer for a span of 15 years. As a result of working in business and law enforcement arenas, for a combined total of over 40 years, Mr. Cullins developed a sensitivity, passion, and steadfast business resolve to make a difference within the communities, business environments, and law enforcement family, and as a result, The Cullins Institute of Law Enforcement was formed.
